Breakout rooms

In Live Meeting, the presenter has the opportunity to take advantage of Breakout rooms to break a larger

group into several smaller groups without actually leaving the meeting room.

Features of the Breakout room:

• Create an unlimited number of rooms.

• Presenters can manually or automatically assign and move attendees to different rooms.

• Presenters can view individual rooms.

• Computer audio is not available in Breakout rooms.

Breakout rooms are launched by the presenter from the main meeting room. To launch a Breakout room:

1. Click Attendees.

2. Click rooms.

3. Specify the number of rooms you would like to create.

To use the Breakout room, the presenter can perform the following tasks:

• Assign attendees to any of the Breakout rooms.

• Add additional Breakout rooms.

• Distribute attendees evenly among the Breakout rooms.

• Return everyone to the main meeting room.

• Delete contents of Breakout rooms.

• Delete all Breakout rooms.

• Begin and end Breakout Sessions.
