"D" DC offset in microvolts
Format
ATdDnpvvvvvvv
where
d = device # (0-9)
n = channel number (1-8) or "?"
p = polarity of offset, positive (+) or negative (-)
vvvvvvv = input referred offset in microvolts (7 digits)
Examples
AT1D2+1234500
Set device 1, channel #2, to +1.234500 volts
AT1D2+1 234 500
Set device 1, channel #2, to +1.234500 volts
AT2D7-0012345
Set device 2, channel #7, to -0.012345 volts
AT2D7-12345
Set device 2, channel #7, to -0.012345 volts
Notes
Because the DC offset is added after the pre-filter amplifier, the input-referred range and resolution
depend on the pre-filter gain.
Pre-filter Input-referred Input-referred
Gain Range Resolution
x1 ±3,000,000 µV 100 µV
x10 ±300,000 µV 10 µV
x100 ±30,000 µV 1 µV
A value outside the above limits will result in an error response of the form "Dn=!". For example:
D2=!
error setting DC offset on channel 2
> end of response
If the "p" polarity indicator is omitted, the default polarity is positive.
The data field can have 1-7 characters, and uses leading zero suppression (e.g., 0000100 is the same
as 100).
