Command Details of Advanced Commands
The following advanced commands and modifiers are support by the CMD300 program. The
minimum abbreviation of the commands and modifiers is indicated by the large capitalized text
portion of each token.

BEEP
This command causes the computer to briefly beep. It is useful in the command-file mode to
signal the user.

CONT
INUOUS
This command sets the program into continuous command-file mode. If the program is
currently in command-file mode, then the current command file will be processed
continuously.
23)
DELAY <seconds delay>
This command delays the processing of subsequent commands by the number of seconds
specified. When used with the REPEAT command, it enables a command sequence to be
repeated at regular intervals. The following command displays the status of the CyberAmp
every 2.5 seconds.

ECHO ON
or
ECHO OFF
This command determines whether non-executable lines in a command file are echoed to the
output screen. The default setting is ON.
25)
FILE or @
This command specifies the name of a command file that is to be loaded in command-file
mode. The command file is loaded and is processed line by line until the end of the file, or
until a STEP command is processed, or until the user interrupts processing with the <Esc>
key. Only the filename itself is allowed to follow the FILE token.
26)
INTERACTIVE
This command places the program into interactive command mode. This command is only
allowed on the DOS command line.
